Notice to the publicans in Blything Hundred. We, the acting Magistrates, do hereby give Notice to all the inn-keepers and publicans within the Hundred, that they are expected and required to be particularly cautious not to suffer any Clubs or Societies tending towards a breach of the peace to be held in their respective houses, or any seditious doctrines or conversations to pass there, without immediately communicating the same to the Constable of such parish, and also to a Magistrate: And to be watchful over strangers, whether foreigners or natives of this country, who carry any suspicious appearance, and to give the like notice thereof; And that all the laws for the preservation of peace and good order will be carried strictly into execution.
