Considerations on the leather trade of Great Britain. Containing, an account of the losses which the landed as well as trading interests suffer by the exportation of unmanufactured British leather. And an Estimate of the Profits which would arise, to the Nobility, Gentry, Freeholders, Farmers, and Graziers, of this Kingdom, if the Exportation of such Leather was prohibited. The whole being founded upon the former Policy of England in Regard to Leather, as is shewn by Extracts from several Laws; and stated in-so plain a Manner, that Freeholders, Farmers, &c. who are deeply interested in this Branch of Trade, will be able to find out, whether what is said concerning it, be true or false.
