The City's lease of several messuages, or Tenements, and Buildings, in Chiswell-Street and Bunhill-Row, and Part of the Artillery-Ground, being the City's Freehold: commencing Lady-Day 1780, and expiring in 1841. II. The City's lease of part of the artillery-ground, with the Armory-House, and Buildings standing thereon, Part of the Manor of Finsbury: commencing Lady-Day 1780, and expiring in 1863. And also the deed of trust, dated December 24, 1777.
