The decree of the Barons of the Exchequer, Delivered by Sir James Eyre, Nov. 17, 1777, in the great cause of tythe milk, between the Rev. Dr. Bosworth, Limbrick, and others, as taken in short-hand, by Mr. Gurney. With an appendix from the same decree, respecting the payment of agistment tythes for cattle Kept in one Parish, and used in Another, and the manner of tything potatoes and apples.
