The funeral of the mass, written originally in French by Monsieur de Rodon. With an answer to what Mr. W. C. has since publish'd by way of reply, in a discourse intitled Missa triumphans. Wherein The Consequence of admitting Doctrines that are contrary to Reason, The Adoration of the Host, Our present Divisions in Religious Matters, The Pope's Supremacy, The Authority of our Vulgar English Bible, The Infallibility of the Church of Rome. Mr. W. C's pretended Oath relating to Transubstantiation, &c. Are incidentally touch'd upon. A distinct Answer is also given to the Chief Arguments us'd by the Bishop of Meaux, in his Exposition of the Doctrine of the Catholick Church, to prove our Saviour's Corporeal Presence in the Eucharist; and to the Primitive Authorities cited for that Purpose in the Nubes Test um. The whole is clos'd with a letter to the Reverend Mr. S-t. By Robert Hill, M. A. Rector of Stanhow in Norfolk.
