The speech of Mr. Lechmere, in the House of Commons, Occasion'd by the Rebellion in the Year 1715. Together with the several speeches of the six peers impeached of high treason in that rebellion, and who pleaded guilty, viz. The Earl of Derwentwater, Lord Widdrington, Earl of Nithisdale, The Earl of Carnwath, Lord Viscount Kenmure, Lord Nairn. Likewise the speech of the Lord High Chancellor Cowper, when he pass'd sentence on the said six peers. The Whole containing a short Account of the miserable Circumstances which those Gentlemen and their Followers had brought themselves and this Kingdom under; and is very proper (at this Time) to be read by all true Protestants, and Lovers of their King and Country, in order to animate them towards the rooting out Rebellion.
