Some cursory remarks on a late printed paper, called, The last speeches and dying-words of Captain Thomas Green, Commander of the Ship Worcester; and of Captain John Madder, chief Mate of the said Ship, &c. Shewing, not only the gross and manifest falshoods of these imposture-speeches; but likewise, how they are inconsistent with themselves, even altho' they had been Genuin, as they are not. Containing also, a real and short account of the Unbecoming and Lamentable behaviour of these wretched criminals, before, at and after their trial, till the very Hour of their execution on Leith-Sands, the 11th day of April 1705. Together With, A Clear tho' Transient Confutation of all the Scandalous and Calumnious Stories which are maliciously Propagated by the Mercenary Tools, Vile Prostitutes, and other Deluded Friends of the said Captain Green and his Flagitious Crew.
